Protection of health, safety and the environment is a primary goal of the PCC. The PCC is dedicated to continuous efforts to make its operations compatible with protecting people, property, and the environment. The PCC is committed to working with its employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, partners and customers and with the communities in which it operates in order to achieve this goal. All employees must conduct their duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable law and industry standards relating to health and safety in the workplace and protection of the environment. The Chief Health, Safety and Environment Officer of the Company shall oversee the administration of this policy. Implementation shall be subject to the oversight of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Company's Board of Directors.
